Delete your account

You can delete your Trinity account and all associated data at any time. Your data is permanently removed within 30 days of your request.

OPTION 1 — QUICKEST

Delete directly in the app

If you still have the app installed and can log in, this is the fastest way — your account is deleted immediately.

  • Open Trinity and go to Settings (gear icon, top right)
  • Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  • Confirm — your account and all data are deleted instantly

OPTION 2 — CAN'T ACCESS THE APP

Request by email

Email us at with the subject line "Account deletion request" and the email address associated with your account. We'll confirm deletion within 5 working days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account credentials and profile information
  • All training plans, session logs, and exercise history
  • Sleep logs and sleep data
  • Body weight entries and progress data
  • Nutrition data and meal tracking history
  • All preferences, settings, and personalisation data

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Anonymised, non-identifiable aggregate data (e.g. usage statistics) may be retained for product improvement purposes.
