Now accepting early access

The only app that tracks your strength AND endurance training load together. See if you're polarised, spiking, or stuck in the grey zone - in plain English. Built for hybrid athletes and the HYROX crowd.

The problem

You lift seriously.
You train for HYROX, triathlons, hybrid races.
No app handles both.

Great apps exist for running. Great apps exist for lifting. But none of them see the whole picture - when your heavy leg day steals your run, when your endurance spike kills your bench numbers, or when you're stuck in the middle-intensity trap that plateaus every hybrid athlete at some point. Trinity connects the two worlds and tells you what's actually happening.

Your running app

Tracks your pace and distance. Has no idea you squatted heavy yesterday and have nothing left in your legs.

Your gym app

Logs your sets and reps. Has no concept of running volume, recovery, or how a long run should change tomorrow's session.

Your watch or recovery tracker

Knows you slept badly. Tells you to rest. Doesn't suggest what to train instead or adapt your session for you.

The gap

Nobody is looking at your gym, your running, and your sleep together. Trinity does. It connects the data you're already logging and gives you smarter training decisions.

How Trinity works

Three pillars.
One system.

Lift

Log sets. See what's working.

Full gym session logging with set tracking, rest timers, and exercise demo images. The muscle map lights up as you train, showing what you've hit and what's fading.

Muscle map with volume-based intensity
e1RM tracking and PR detection
Smart workout suggestions based on your history
Save and reuse your favourite templates

Run

Your runs, connected to the bigger picture.

Log runs manually or auto-import from Strava and Apple Health. Trinity knows yesterday's long run should change today's leg session. That's the whole point.

Auto-import from Strava, Apple Health, and Garmin
Pace trends and distance PRs
Suggestions adapt based on your running load
Event training plans for races (coming soon)

Recover

Sleep data that actually does something.

Log your sleep and Trinity factors it into your next training suggestion. Had a rough night? It'll recommend lighter volume or a different muscle group entirely.

Apple Health + smartwatch sleep auto-import
Suggestions adapt to your recovery
Sleep streak tracking for consistency
Resting HR and HRV trends

The app

Built to the same standard
you train to.

Connected intelligence

"Skip legs today, your 8K yesterday hit your quads hard." Trinity can tell you this because it's the only app that sees your gym, your running, and your sleep together.

The muscle map

A real-time heat map of your body. Muscles glow green when recently trained and fade when neglected. Volume-based, not just on or off.

Works with what you already use

Keep using Strava for your runs. Keep wearing your Garmin. Trinity pulls in your data automatically and adds the training intelligence on top.

Trinity in action

"You slept 5.8 hours last night and ran 8K yesterday. Trinity suggests upper body today. Your legs need 48 hours after that distance, so volume is scaled to 80% for recovery."

The founder

Built by someone
who needed it.

A few years ago I was in a serious motorcycle accident. Over a dozen fractures: tibia, spine, pelvis. I had to relearn how to walk from scratch.

The injuries ended my plan to join the RAF. But they gave me something else: a genuine appreciation for what a working body can do, and a determination to make the most of it.

I lift, I run, I track everything. And I found that no app was built for someone doing both seriously. Every good tool handles one thing. None of them talk to each other. So I built one that connects them all. I still have metal rods and plates throughout my body. I am still training. Trinity is what I use to do it.
